Your Studio Box will ship within 14 business days. You will be notified once your box has been shipped with tracking information.
What type of shipping is being used to ship by Studio Box?
The box will be sent Fedex Standard Ground Shipping. This typically takes 3-5 days.
I can’t wait that long! Can I receive my Studio Box sooner?
Expedited Shipping is available. It is $35 and can be selected in the shopping cart. You can expect your Studio Box to ship within 7 days AFTER purchasing this expedited option.
What if a product that is recommended in my box is discontinued or unavailable?
If an item we suggest, in the Studio Signature package, is no longer available, Kamarron Studio will provide a replacement selection within 30 days of receiving your Studio Box. However, after this amount of time, all products, finishes, and sizes changes are the customer’s responsibility to find a replacement. Complimentary reselect by Kamarron Studio will ONLY occur if an item is discontinued within 30 days. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
What if I receive my Studio Box and it’s not what I envisioned for my space?
The Studio staff strives to give you a design you’ll love. However, this is a packaged price service to give a great design at an affordable cost to all. The design is custom to you based on the information provided during your ordering process and the design palette choices you selected. This is not an interactive process. If you do not like an item specified, this is left up to the customer to find their own replacement. Kamarron Studio offers phone consultations and on-site consultations available at a charge in the shopping cart.
I live out of state, what tax rate do I pay?
We do not collect sales tax if we are shipping out of state. However, the end user is responsible for paying any state tax due by the laws of the state you reside in.
I am a Minnesota Resident and I am shipping within the state. What is the tax rate?
We follow the current tax rate in Edina, Minnesota.
I received a damaged good from a suggested retailer. What should I do?
We are only recommending these products based on design aesthetic. We do not cover any warranties for these items. Please contact the retailer which who you purchased the item.
